About AHT > Why becoming a member?

Founded in February 1977, the AHT has steadily been working with professionalism, responsibility and efficiency towards the achievement of its goals. Nowadays, the association gathers the main hotels in Argentina, taking into account not only the capacity of their facilities but also their quality, and connecting through its activities those hotel establishments located in the most important national tourist centers.

Vision and Mission
To be the most important referee in the Hotel Industry, constantly striving for its growth, development and sustainability as well as enhancing tourism as a state policy.
To gather and represent the most relevant referees of the Argentine hotel industry and of the qualified local business sector of which it is composed of in those topics and matters that are inherent to a common interest, enhancing the growth and development of its members, employees, advisors and the community of which members are part of, understanding that quality and excellence are the best allies to sustain the activity, as it is the care and respect for the keeping of the environment.

¿What are the benefits of becoming a member?

The AHT represents the activity of the five star hotels in all Argentina and those four star hotels who are members. As a non-profit organization, it gathers, groups and represents the mentioned hotel sector, systematically providing the following benefits which are transferred to the services.

¿Who can become a member?
All those Argentine hotel establishments who mainly outstand for their high category as regards their facilities, equipment and the services offered to their guests, and who feel identified with the model of quality and excellence management and who tend to the sustained improvement to jointly enhance the growth, the development and the sustainability of the hotel industry.
